What are these marks on my inner thigh?

Notes about me: im 20. Only had sex twice. Took an std test a month after the last time and came out clean. Bacl in November. Lived for a month in a place where we would shower every few days. They had no soap. Started happening around Jan 13. Nothing changed other than regular showers. Please ignore the hair. I already shaved it. No rude comments pls.

Maybe some fungal infection or some sort of eczema. Have you tried seeing a doctor about this?
by the way is this your pubic hair that's visible in the picture?
