A little science lesson on the legendary and painfully real "blue balls".
It is two things together, one of which can be relieved.
1. As we remain aroused over maybe an hour without ejaculating, the prostate enlarges as is engorged with semen. It is not painful but it gives a full/pressure feeling and an urge to ejaculate. Coming relieves it and replaces it with a drained and sated feeling. Ahhhh!
2. The fine muscles suspending the testicles pull up to load the prostate. Over time this tension becomes sore with the same (but much less) feeling as being slapped in the sack. Ejaculation does not relieve it but it subsides after an hour or so.
wait, what? you assert that it is NOT painful? that's ridiculous. furthermore, the condition is also semen congestion in the ducts that lead from the prostate to the penis, which are not "designed" to stay inflated. fluid is meant to pass through them, then collapse again. this condition can make me feel like an anvil was dropped on my abdomen. not painful, indeed, yeah right.
Reread the first sentence and all of 2. Painfully real and sore. Anvil? See a doctor. Not normal. The seminal vesicles do engorge along with the prostate they load.
Well it can be a guilt thing that some guys try to use to get sex..but blue balls does exist.. it is not from lack of sex...it occurs when a guy starts to head down the path towards cumming and does not finish...how bad it feels varies greatly...but I see no reason to suffer that...if a female and I get to that point and she develops cold feet then I would finish the job myself..(:(:(:
well I don't know how it feels, because I'm a girl, but it's when his balls swell to the size of coconuts because of lack of sex, unfinished bjs, and just not cummin when he knows he should.

Because that means our balls are aching like hell with all the sexual excitement and excessive sperm production and no time or place to release it. It is hard to describe the feeling to someone who has no balls, but lets just say it is worse than a stomach ache.
It feels like your testiclea are retracting into you, twisting and turning yearning for a release. Kind of like a cramp on your balls that can make it uncomfortable to even walk. Take care of him

It is an imaginary illness man made up to get us laid more often.
For me it doesn't hurt but it feels like pressure and it makes me want to come really bad to get rid of the pressure. I get blue balls from getting really turned on but then not coming.
