I use lotion when my hands are dry (work around water, or cement, and they'll get very dry), and I put it on my hands and arms before I paint (which I'm doing right now) or work on my car. That way, paint or oil doesn't stick, and clean-up is easy.

I am circumcised, and I have never needed any type of lotion. All the people who think that there is a lot of friction on the head of an uncircumcised penis are imbeciles. The skin on the shaft of the penis still moves you know, so your hand is rubbing directly against the head. By the way, when an UNcircumcised penis gets hard, the head is exposed also. This is a stupid argument.
Just because you don't use it for jerking off, doesn't mean millions of guys don't use it everyday for jerking off..
