What do you think of penis enlargement surgery?

That's a tough question! lol In the end, it comes down to personal choice. Like a woman deciding to get Breast augmentation or plastic surgery in general. It's such a sensitive area and probably risky surgery... would it really be worth that risk Is probably a question to ask and also why would they feel it is needed?
If it is for a woman, I personally been with a guy that had based on general opinion a less than average size penis. But we still had amazing sex bc we found ways to pleasure each other. If that ultimately made my partner happy I would support it but a big dick doesn't make a man.

Too risky and not worth it I should think. Don't think it necessary to go through something so extreme and the side effects that come along after lol yeah nah mang not worth it lol. Its about how it is used not the size lol.

Because its risky and dangerous for most cases that could cause weak erection. And its not common except for those who have a tiny ones lke below 7 cm or so

I have heard there is a procedure for growing the foreskin back, but it is a little lengthy and a lot of trouble. I hardly see it as being worth it.

There are two methods that I am aware of. One cuts some of the tissue so the penis protrudes more; it doesn't actually make it longer but makes more of it available to the world.

The other is only for girth, not length, but involves putting fat into the penis to make it bigger around. Ew.
