What does it mean if a guy doesn't ejaculate a lot of cum? Does this mean he might have some fertility problems?

  • I think I’m going to have to be the outlier in the comments.

Scientifically, the average range for sperm count is 15 million sperm cells per ml of semen , up to 200 million sperm cells per ml of semen. The average amount of semen per ejaculation is statistically 2-4 ml, or about 1 teaspoon.. So, from what you’ve described he likely doesn’t even produce 1 ml of semen. That said, since you said it was thick, then he may have a average sperm count per ml, however, there are multiple parts to semen. The various chemicals in semen exist for the purposes of fertility, the other chemicals besides the sperm cells in semen provide an environment that permits sperm to travel to the egg. This is also the purpose of pre-cum which has a higher ph which increase the naturally low ph of the vagina to a neutral level which is a prime environment for conception. So if he doesn’t produce pre-cum or has little to no semen, even if he had a normal to high sperm count, pregnancy would be difficult to achieve. I’m assuming that is your concern otherwise his sperm count is rather meaningless...

A lot of guys have said it’s due to a lot of masterbating, but I’m not so sure. Maybe I’m a freak of nature, but even if I’ve masterbate 7 or 8 times in a single day (once when I was 15, don’t judge me, I had nothing else to do.). I’ve never come close to that small of an amount. Masterbating can reduce the amount, but to have that little he’s got to have just the bare minimum of average, and be masterbating 2 - 4 times prior to having sex with you.

I’ve done a lot of science courses when I was pre-med, I know too much about most subjects. Hope that answered your question.

  • Not forcefully, first of all, what is your measurement? P0rn movies are not reality, men gushing like fire hoses does not happen in real life. 2/3 ml is a normal quantity, lookup ejaculation on Wikipedia. All depends also on general state of hydration, how long he was teased before coming and how long ago he ejaculated before. If both his testicles are inside his scrotum he is already on the safe side statistic wise re. male fertility. He can ask for a semen analysis if he wants to be sure.

    • He only cums a dime size amount

  • It just means he beats off a lot. I see a difference when i j/o a lot. Or even when i have a lotta sex, my semen is more watery and not as much. Now if not much sex or left hand slow dance, it'll be much larger amount and a whole lot thicker.

  • There really isn't a correlation between fertility and amount of ejaculate, I say this because it is my understanding that there are millions of sperm in one drop of semen. A lower amount of ejaculate might mean many things ranging from prostate issues (the gland that produces seminal fluid) or he may just be dehydrated (it takes water to make baby gravy) or too much calcium might also affect the quality of the semen (too think). The thing to keep in mind with our bodies to include semen quality is that the body favors balance and extremes tend to cause problems (too much of one thing, not enough of another) when everything is in relative balance (doesn't have to be exact) the body tends to work the best. So with this in mind if he is dehydrated, or perhaps masturbating a little more than most of the time it can affect semen quality as well as volume. I hope this helps :)

  • Hhhh
:D it's not determined by the amount of liquid.
It's concentration and many other factors.
Meaning his semen might be less in ur naked eyes but filled with Sperm u don't see more than other guys who shoot loads of liquid.
    Got it?

Also it matters if he masturbated before and how many times u 2 have sex etc :D

  • too much masturbation

  • Not drinking enough water, masturbates too much, etc.
