Here's why I like to do it: It's because I'm not sure if my partner is ready and I know that they're letting me do this so I'll get what I can. Also it feels pretty good with the right pressure and stimulation. If you two haven't had sex yet you should. He obviously wants to and may be too shy to initiate.
