Honestly, this depends on the person doing these actions. If the guy/girl knows where to put their finger, their tongue - this might bring more pleasure than regular intercourse.
Try different things, notice how her breathing changes, as you do different things, or maybe even just ask her.

I personally love oralsex/foreplay just as much (or more) than the actual sex.

I get absolutely nothing out of oral. Lol Fingering sometimes feels good but actual sex feels the best for me, personally.

Sex feels better and more intense. But oral is more foolproof when it comes to reaching orgasm. And fingering actually kind of detracts from the experience for me. Go figure.
