It's labia MINORA, so I guess the name already implies that they should be small.
But I guess in most cases, the bigger issue is, that the outer lips are too small. Not that the inner ones are too big.

But in the end it does not matter. Vagina is vagina. It's infinitely perfect, so even if you subtract a good amount of perfection, it's still infinitely perfect.
Also in the end, all that really matters is the taste anyway.

I wouldn't pick a category. I like variety and I've not been turned off by any vagina that I've been intimate with. I do think that guys who only like perfectly tucked in vaginas are a bit suspicious though. That kind of vagina is most commonly associated with little girls.
