First, let me say this: breasts are fu**ing great. I LOOOVE sucking them. Make sure you don't misinterpret anything I'm about to say. It's one of my favorite things to do! Honestly, the texture around the nipple feels about the same as any part of hairless skin. For example, just lick/suck the skin on your bicep. But, the difference is, they are very soft. No muscle like other parts of skin that you may be able to lick/suck. They are not only soft, but pretty light/weight. I mean, I believe they are mostly filled with fat and breastmilk. That stuff is not so heavy. Fill a plastic bag with water and they weight approximately the same I'd say, but they actually feel more lightweight, because their breast is obviously supported by their body as well.

The nipple is quite a bit harder, but not super hard. It's still relatively soft. Nipples vary greatly among women, particularly size and shape. The texture feels about the same as long as you are aware of the size difference. For example, a larger nipple may feel harder, but that's just because it's bigger and when it gets hard, it's more prominent than a small nipple.
