The head is the most sensetive part. However the rest of the penis gets aroused by touch too. That's why I prefer her wet tongue and warm mouth to be touching the head and her hand only touching the rest, because if she touches the head with her hand it can tickle me and get me uncomfortable. That's why her teeth on the head feels bad.

Either inner foreskin to the tip or circumcision scar to the tip is pleasure country. The glans and corona are good, but I also enjoy frenulum play. Not every guy has one, some get snipped during circumcision.
