To me, sexual acts and orgasms aren't mutually exclusive. I can give myself a great orgasm and all but it won't give me the same satisfaction as sex because part of the reason I want sex is how good it feels with another person. Overall it is more pleasurable to be with another person, and more satisfying to my hornyness, even if I don't reach orgasm.

On the other hand orgasm through masturbation is just a way for me to relax. It doesn't even make me less horny, because when I'm horny I crave a man and he isn't there and imagining it just isn't the same.
