I don't know that I would classify any that I have seen as ugly. I don't know what would be ugly. But I can think of attributes that would be negative, making them less appealing. Loose and saggy. Nipple pointing down. Wrinkly.
Large nipples (up to a point) are not a turn off for me, though well proportioned is best. Same for areolas.
Uneven breasts are NORMAL. It is just that the difference is often so slight you have to really look. So uneven is not a turn off for me. (After pregnancy, some women's breasts lose their enlargement unevenly, making her noticeably uneven though she was not before.)
Really saggy, veiny, flat, with huge areolas. That's my definition of unattractive breasts.

Some women have hair around the edge of the areola. Sometimes just one or two, sometimes more. Sometimes light, sometimes dark.

What's Your Opinion? Sign Up Now!The main thing that is unattractive to me is very deflated-looking breasts, that droop rather than hang. If the look like a sock with a handful of sand at the bottom, that's what I'm talking about.
Otherwise, they're mostly all good to me. Fuller and firmer, regardless of size, is ideal.

of course, each of these characteristics can occur without being 'ugly.' There is a huge spectrum from "hot" to "ugly" and how much each of these characteristics take hold defines where on that spectrum a particular pair of boobs are. Boobs have to start getting pretty damn wrinkly, uneven, and sagging before I start considering them in the "ugly" territory.
I would have said "veiny" but my interests are in the feel of the boobs, which veins don't really effect (unless they are protruding, which I've never seen).
