Well the penis gets bigger in size when aroused, unless that 4.5 inches is your size when aroused then that sucks for you. If it does get bigger when it is aroused, just say "I think we had a misuderstanding, my penis is 6 inches when aroused and 4.5 when it isn't" omg you're in a tight situation :( don't lie about your penis size if it is your girlfriend. No but we know generally how big our hands are and then can discreetly put our hands on it and use that to get a pretty accurate measurement.
