Kegel exercises are the contraction and release of the pelvic floor muscles. They can be done in quick pulses, or you can hold the contraction at length before releasing it. Teenage girls can also leak a bit when coughing and sneezing. All of these are scenarios known as Stress Urinary Incontinence or involuntary leaks when the bladder is placed under stress or pressure. One of two things is happening here – either the urethral sphincter or the pelvic floor muscles which tighten to help hold this sphincter closed are weak or not functioning properly. It is more likely a bad habit or poor muscle strength / co-ordination. Some of the possible causes of those little teenage leaks are, (1) High intake of caffeine (2) Constipation (3) Growth spurts (4) Hormonal changes and (5) Bladder infections. Addressing these factors will probably result in improvement. Kegel exercises can help to prevent or control urinary incontinence and other pelvic floor problems. Kegel exercises strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which support the uterus, bladder, small intestine and rectum. Doing Kegels can keep vagina and bladder in top shape as of age, but they can also help increase sexual pleasure. Strong pelvic floor muscles increase orgasms and the intensity of orgasms.

I can name a few like Neurological disorders of the spine. People who have Spina Bifida thus having a neurogenic bladder or tethered spinal cord. Another is any genetic connective tissue disease causing muscle laxity.

Doing Kegel exercise leads to strengthen up your vagina muscle and helps improve sex with your partner. It also prevents urin inconsistent (meaning it's more likely not to pee your self when your old but can also mean that it's unlikely to squirt during sex which for some people is fun.)
0 0 0 0Nothing causes them to do it, it just helps when you have sex, it allows you to grip the penis more when having sex witch increases the pleasure for both of you and also a number of other benefits but I’m guessing you haven’t had sex yet sound practice these.
0 1 0 0I know but I only put it under sexual health because kegels are mainly used for sexual pleasure.
Yeah so nothing would cause them to have to do them other than better sex In the long run.
