Me and my boyfriend tend to do it in his car (back seat) alot, I know what your thinking but us both being 18, living at home, we can't always get down in a bed, because of our parents.. lame I know.

Theres no 'right' way, we usuallly start in the front and work our way to the back, not by climbing over the seats or anything, that's just awkward and there's no classy way of doing that. but by getting out of the car and back in.

We usually start making out in the front, he slides his hand over my theighs and up to my breasts, then usually says ' wanna head to the back ' or 'hm, this arm rest is in the way' more of that suddle hint but I know what he wants, then we get in the back..

Honestly, For a girl just ask, say 'the back seat looks more comfortable' blahblah things like that, you don't have to say it right out but hint at it, I'm sure he's already thinking I anyways.

You know what though, the driver seat is pretty good too.. especially if the seats recline all the way back ;) becareful not to hit the horn, I've done that a couple times.
