When do your boobs stop growing?

I turned 19 two months ago. I have always been really small. I struggle to fill out an A cup and that's really depressing. I work out A LOT. I don't do much cardio, but I do do a lot of strength training. Though, I don't think this has much to do with my size because I have always been small. I hear that breast development stops 2-3 years after your period. I got my period at 9! I went through puberty very early, and I was taller and bigger boned that other girls until I was about 15. Then I sort of just stopped growing. I'm still the same height I was when I was 16. I didn't develop any girl curves or anything. I'eve heard some women say it stops at about 19 or 19, but then some women say they grew a whole cup size after they finished school and continued to grow until about 22. I'm asking because I have the option of getting a loan for breast implants. But I don't really want big boobs. I just want something. A B cup would do. Even if I could fill out an A, that would be good. If I've stopped growing, I will get the implants. But if there's a possibility of me growing a little bit more, I would be happy to wait for that.

  • I mean, I believe they drop off between 19 and 21 for most girls, but that doesn't mean they have "stopped growing". If you get pregnant, you'll add several sizes a lot of times.

But also, if you work out a lot, remember that boobs are also fat, so they often get worked off, too. But trust me, if you are fairly flat chested, that is NOT a bad thing.

It might be for some guys. Statistically, the guys who want big boobs/butts are less financially well-off. They aren't entirely sure of the correlation.

But for guys like me, it's definitely a plus. My perfect range is flat-as-a board to around C. Not that I sit here and judge women on their boob sizes. But I certainly notice. I find flat chests soooo elegant.

Also, please don't do breast implants. I mean, if you want to do so, by all means, but don't do it for us guys. Guys have much more range than that. The guys who matter won't care, and the guys who care don't matter. Don't permanently modify yourself to please men.

  • don't give up just yet! my wife was 19 when we met. she had gigantic hard nipples on less than A cup breasts. 14 years later she is a 38DD and we have no children. she still has beautiful hard nipples though. if you asked her she would tell you that she wishes every day to have her A cups back. besides why worry about your breast size. she is 34 now and gravity is working. you keep exercising and at 34 or even at 84 your A cup breasts will still be "perky". and some of us guys actually prefer tiny titties ;-)

  • I would say that there is still time, but based on the context of your situation it is likely that they won't grow a lot (but I'm not a doctor). Just remember that you are BEAUTIFUL! If implants will help you feel more confident about yourself then by all means go for it!!! :)

  • i think it's different for everyone, but id say around 17.
yeah if ur working out a lot, expect ur boob size to change.

since ur working out, they won't grow anymore because they are fat as u know. i wouldn't recommend implants but to each their own.

  • Mine stopped growing at 20. Boobs aren't a big deal and your body is unique and I'm sure it's beautiful. If you do choose to go forward with implants however, I wouldn't judge you because what matters is that you're happy.

  • I have always loved small boobs! What's the problem? 38 DD? I call them watermelanomas.

  • Boobs never really stop growing..
I have found that boobs change when your weight changes... at least in my case.

  • Well for the majority of the time, physical growth stops around 18 for girls
Breast size could obviously still change based on weight gain or loss.

That doesn't mean start gaining weight, there is no guarantee that the extra weight will ever make it there. Please don't get implants, just be confident in yourself plenty of guys including myself don't care about breast size.

  • There is still time!

  • Around 16 or 17 for me

  • Mine still grows.

  • Well mine stopped growing since I was like 16. So they've been the same size since then
