When girls go swimming does water ever get in the vagina?

Question is short so I need to add something: If it happens that water does get in there how and when would it come out? Thanks in advance for answers.

  • No, not usually. I suppose if a girl was moving around a lot, or doing some sort of water aerobic, a little water might get in there, but it really wouldn't be a huge deal either way. Most of it would leave as she got out of the water, in that case, and any droplets of water left over would be discarded by vaginal discharge throughout the day.

  • As doobey1234 said, unless you have to take a break after swimming to let water pour out of your butt, water doesn't get inside a girl's vagina. The walls of a vagina usually collapse onto each other when the female isn't aroused, so basically it's not some cavernous water-sucking thing :P

    • what if they get aroused well in the pool or lake

  • No? Unless the girls vagina is just one loose hole that's open 24/7, then no

I've had sand get in between the lips though and that's no fun

    • Up rated for honesty +1 Please don't take this wrong. I mean no offense when I ask how does sand get in that area of your body if you wear bottoms? I'm assuming you wear some type of swimsuit and aren't a nudist.

    • How does sand get up your crack? rolling around in the sand, its gonna get everywhere, its going to happen no matter what, I get sandy balls at the beach (sorry for to much info lol)

    • I guess I'm just messy when I'm at the beach? lol every time I go to the beach I get at the edge and I have someone bury me in sand lol and then when I go sit in the water I magically have sand in the panty liner-bikini area. Sometimes it just sits there and when I pull them down it all pours out of the sides of my thighs and panty-liner area

  • I did know a girl who had such great muscle control that she could lower herself in bath water and pull water in, then lift up and squirt it out forcefully. But under normal circumstances, no, the wall of the vagina is collapsed to itself and no water goes in. - - #peace.love.couture - I feel your pain. Sounds terrible.

  • lol this question made my night. if this happened, every time a girls hops outta the pool she'd have to spray out the extra water like a super soaker XD

  • Not unless a girl has a vacuum in her vagina lol. Also vaginas are usually protected by the labia so its not wide open. I have never had water go inside me so I would find it hard to believe.

  • Does water go up your bum? no. Does water go in your urethra(penis hole)? No. so no, it doesn't get up there.

    • You're wise beyond your years. Thanks for explaining how the female anatomy works for all the girls out there.

    • Well. Having a girlfriend, I do know a fair bit about what goes on down there. And never, when we go in the pool, has she had to get out of the water, spread them and let it out. I'm sure the human body has adapted enough to prevent water getting into our body in any other way then our mouth.

    • Humor me and ask your girlfriend for me. It might happen sometimes and she doesn't say (why would she?) or maybe it never happens. I'm just curious to know which is why I asked.
