its a scientific fact that guys are at their peak sexuality from 18 to 30. while women reach their sexual peak from about 27- late thirties. the guys have to have stamina cause for the most part we're doing the grunt work, picking up the girl, holding up our own weight plus the actual intercourse itself. guys burn anywhere from 70 to a couple hundred calories because of this. (it differs due to a guy's weight and his penis size, the smaller he is, the more he has to work)

from what I heard, more women are comfortable with their sexuality in their late 20's to late 30's because for the most part they go from concentrating on pleasing the guy when they're younger to concentrating on themselves being pleased when they're older. especially since most girls don't experience orgasms when they're in their teens to mid twenties.

Based on observation: When they're drunk.

It's not necessarily based on age, because a lot of those statistics don't take into consideration the social anxiety from having sex.. Like for women, one could be seen as a "whore" for sleeping around.. That type of anxiety isn't overcome till later-life.. And as another excluded observation, long-term relationships.. After a while, sex happens less and less.. I can't really explain why cause I've only experienced one long-term relationship, but eventually there's a lack of the sex-spark that once was there.. These observations don't apply to everyone, but in most cases.. People who drink are far more likely to express being horny than an average person.

I think it is a woman's body telling them 'this is your last chance' to get pregnant. Nature is hard to understand and everything is just theory and not proven. Think about it, why do men have nipples? Why do women have orgasms? In nature... women don't need to be horny to procreate, but men need to be. So come up with your own theories.
