Kind of salty, but not just 'sodium chloride' salty. There are other minerals other than sodium. I wouldn't say bitter.

Sugars: Fructose, sorbitol, inositol

Proteins and amino acids: glutathione, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), creatine

Minerals: Phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, calcium, potassium

Vitamins: Ascorbic acid (vitamin C), vitamin B12, choline

Hormones: Testosterone, prostaglandins

But I can share some information.

Taste of come depends upon food that the male eats everyday. Non veg, typically full of protein, will give you bitter taste and fruits will give better taste and smell. Especially pineapple and strawberry.

Generally, if he has an unhealthy diet it is salty and not sweet, but not really bitter. If he has a healthy diet lots of veggie, fruits, nuts and lien meats and works out, its sweeter and much better tasting. Not very good at all if he is a smoker from my one experience with a smoker but he was not very healthy in all other aspects as well. It kind of reflects his overall health.
