I was 14 at the time, it was after a co-ed Physical Ed. class. The building where the dressing rooms were was old building that used to be an all boy school and there were 2 dressing rooms, situated on the 2 different floors, connected by a single staircase. The dressing rooms didn't have doors, curtains or even wall facing the staircase, so basically you could see the entire dressing room from that direction. The girls dressing room was situated on the upper level, where the showers were also. So after the P. E class, I thought every girl had already left, as it wasn't common for either boys or girls to take showers after the classes, but I always did and I didn't hear any noise or movement up on the second level. So up the staircase I went, towel on my shoulder. But once I got up there I heard something drop and turned to look at where the sound came. There was one girl who had stayed behind to take a shower and there she was in the dressing room, completely naked, looking straight at me, having dropped her shampoo bottle or something like that when she had seen me. Both of us just stared for a moment, before I swiftly turned around, said "Sorry, I didn't think anyone was up here." and went back to the guys dressing room.
We were both 11 and totally ignorant of sex. I went over to a girl pal's house after school and we got totally naked together. We played "doctor".
