Bars, clubs, and anywhere alcohol is plentiful are your best bet, though batting averages are still low. Look for the woman dressed like she wants to be spoken to--with practice, you'll see what I mean. I've also heard promising things about bible camps, but I'm not one to know.

Avoid strip clubs; those girls are at work, making money. Strippers can be picked up, but as with anyone at work, you have to be skilled, careful, and patient.

Bars and clubs. If you are moderately attractive and have charm you can get girls easily. Just look for the ones who are dressed in the least amount of clothes and acting out for attention. Personally I am disgusted by casual sex but there are a lot of women who aren't and most of them will frequent bars and clubs. Now that doesn't mean that every woman in a bar/club is looking for easy sex but you should be able to tell who's who

bars are probably your safest bet then.
