We like it because it really turns us on to know that you're enjoying sex. Us guys are kinda dirty. All noises do to a man is tell him that you are still enjoying yourself. Moaning and sighs of satisfaction just let him know he is doing a good job. Some men even prefer the naughty words through in, but that is more for a turn on than a sign of approval. Don't fake moans though, that is the same as a lie. If you feel good, and your body likes what is going on, then you will let out moans all on your own. If you are young though, you are probably still to scared of what you are doing, and self conscious feelings interfere with true satisfaction and pleasure.
Just go for it. If you make noises, it seems like it heightens the senses and just makes everything feel better. I think my guy likes the whole "reassurance" that he's "doing" well. But he also (sometimes) likes it when I SCREAM very loud, just SO the neighbors/ roommates will hear, I think he's just trying to show off. Meh I go along with it.
