Most females don't really care either way. Also there IS a biological aspect to it. Semen from men releases endorphins in a woman's body, which derives a sort of pleasure response. However the pleasure response from ingesting semen is no where close to the amount of pleasure gained from vagina or even anal sex due in part that both those orifices are completely riddeled with capillaries that absorb the enzymes, hormones, and pheromones that the semen contains. Semen ingested would be destroyed by her stomach acid and very little would be absorbed.
