One thing that nobody ever realized is that a man can have a number of different types of orgasms. If you wrap your thumb and forefinger around the shaft of the penis and stroke up and down varying the tightness of your grip and NEVER progressing to the glans, concentrating only on the shaft and massaging the muscles eventually you will cause an orgasm that feels FAR different than one where you only stimulate the glans.
