If you are wearing something tight or thin (like tights, a bikini or panties), rude guys are going to stare. It's not your fault and it's not entirely theirs. It just kind of is what it is. Guys are very visual, sexually. Just the subtle hint at shape is all we need and our imaginations go a little wild, especially when we're in the mood. If it bothers you, tell them to stop and, if it continues, wear a towel or loose clothing over your crotch.

Various people stare at various spots depending on their preference. I can see how it must feel. But I think you may be more conscious about the crotch so you feel every guy looks there. I believe, most don't.
