Hairless spots are common on human bodies. I have one on my thigh, right above my knee. Like yours, it has always been there. Just one of those things. Nobody except my current romantic partner has ever noticed it, and she certainly doesn't care. :)
If you've always had it, it would be extremely surprising to me if there were some negative or undesirable cause. You can mention it to a doctor during your next regular appointment, if you have any concerns.
Like a lot of people are saying: Since shaved pubes are the trend now, in some ways this is an advantage for you, if you ever want to shave.
To me, anything that makes a person more of an individual, or more unusual, is a positive. So, I say congratulations. :)

Not at all. If you look great otherwise, we could care less. And those who like it shaved or trimmed think, "Well, that much less to shave or trim..."

I shave so I don't really notice if I have one or not.
Its noticeable with just stubble
I shave like daily so again I don't know.

I'd look at it and be like "huh?" for like a nano second then carry on with business. haha
Go to advance hair studio and they'll take pubes from the side of your pubic area and see them into the bald patch.
I'm sorry I can't relate as my entire pubic area is completely bald and lasered smooth 🤣
