Why do people have issues with bisexuals?

like, I have a friend who's bisexual (and I secretally am too) and people force her to make up her mind on which gender she wants, and give her crap about it. That was when I learned that people (both gay and straight) have issues with bisexuals. Like, I even have a guy friend who's gay, but he's admitted that he gets really turned on around his best girlfriend (during that time of the month), and that he actually goes like to touch and grab girls because they're always around him. Though, he just ignores these feelings. But why would someone do that? I'm not trying to say he should be bi or anything, I just want to know why do people (gay and straight) deny some of their feelings that they get?

Most of the people I know who don't like bisexuals say they don't like them because sometimes they do it for attention or because they think it's cool. They just decide they're bisexual cause they made out with a girl/guy once or something, they just do it and don't even think if they actually like it or not. I know countless people like that. It's obviously not true with everyone.

i consider myself bisexual cause both genders simply turn me on the same. It's not that I don't know what I want, ( I want both of them) I just like being open to all that comes along. Cause I like both genders. I was seriously always this way. But I don't think this is a reason to hate someone, or call them greedy. I'm not greedy and if I'm in a relationship with someone, I won't cheat on them with someone else just because I'm bisexual.

I think you're right that people hate bisexuals because they expect people to make up their minds. Honestly, I think that everyone has bisexual tendencies to some degree... People just want to classify others into groups that they understand. Since they obviously don't understand bisexuality, they tend to be bitter about people who say they fit into this category.

tbh bisexuals just confuse me. but I don't have a problem with anyone because of their sexuality.

I don't like Bisexuals because they are greedy! You can't just have rights on the entire market! Monopolies are bad! lol. Besides if you date a bisexual I don't want to have to worry about her being around everyone. I can't even keep an eye on a specific sex! lol. These are all jokes, I'm sorry. People deny their feelings because most of the time people don't even know what they really even want. That's were most of the problems in dating actually come. People not knowing themselves and not knowing what they want. How can I give a girl what she wants if she doesn't even know what she wants in the first place. Then comes the mind changing and all of that other stuff.

By the way that wasn't directed at bisexuals when I said they don't know what they want. You can be bisexual and know what you want although sometimes bi's don't. I was just speaking of what they want as a whole not which sex they want.

i like bisexuals they're cool.

i prefer girl bisexuals tho, because I'm a straight guy and that's just how things work.

But as for guy bisexuals, I couldn't care less. let them do what they want

i don't really like bisexual that much. my girlfriend is kinda bisexual and it bothers me a bit. I also think I'm kinda bi but I don't want to be because I think its wrong

I actually like bisexual girls a lot. I'm straight, but the bi girls I have known have been more enjoyable companions than either straight girls or lesbians. Of course, this is a broad generalization. I have had straight F friends, too.
