I won't lie to you. Bigger boobs look more attractive. But you have absolutely no reason to feel insecure.
1) Any guy who is gonna use boobs as a condition is not worth a relationship. It sounds a bit cliché but its the truth. These guys aren't hurting you, they're hurting themselves. Usually, guys (and girls) who care only about looks end up dating the biggest bitches, jerks, self-obsessed, and any other bad qualities you can think of. I know a guy who went out with a girl because she's got really large breasts, the type that cannot be covered by a shirt. He was not happy in that relation. The girl was totally self-obsessed and was always in a bad mood. She not only got jealous when he talked to girls, but she hated all his guy friends. They never went a single day without fighting. The point is, when somebody cares only about looks, they don't take the time to get to know who they wanted date and keep getting into trouble. You're not missing out if that type of guy doesn't want you, you're actually dodging a bullet.
2) Boobs are not the only thing that makes a girl hot. The first thing a guy sees on a girl is the face, unless he sees her from behind. Hair makes a difference, depending on the guy (the longer the better in my opinion). You could have nice legs. As far as I know, you could still be totally hot, in which case, you could even attract a shallow guy.
3) Although large breasts look better, trust me on this, all breasts are appealing. If you walked outside topless, I guarantee you guys will look, and in a positive way. I have seen a lot of A cup breasts in my life and I really liked what I saw. To be honest, I have never met a guy who has a problem with A cup breasts. Any guy that does is over achieving, and not in a good way.
4) Always remember, confidence is hot. Even if somebody's not that hot, with inner beauty and confidence, they will look more attractive to those who know them.
Anyway, just repeating myself here, but do not be insecure. There are some guys who don't want a girl with A cups, but there's a lot of guys who will not only accept a girl with them, but will be happy to have one.
As for #3, I think anyone would look thinking.. "WTH? Is that a girl or a boy?" .. I was just kidding...

Don't be insecure. Be fit. Be yourself. Don't covet what others have as both sides tend to think that the grass is greener with the other cup size. And know that men love boobs. All boobs. Big boobs might get more immediate attention but as described elsewhere on this site the attention received is not always the kind that you seek. Be fit, be yourself.
It's the same thing for guys who think that all women want a guy with a 9" schlong. Even though Johnson & Johnson showed that this size is statistically waaaaay less than 1/10th of 1% it seems that all guys think that EVERY girls is sorting only by the guy with a flesh club instead of the 5.5-6.5" that make up 90%+ of men.
Everyone is insecure it seems but for comepletely unwarranted reasons. For every guy that is fixated on larger boobs there is someone who prefers a slimmer build.
