Lactation can play into a couple of different things...

it is nuturing, certainly. There's something warm and loving and very intimate about that.

It can play into the stronger female - submissive male role... the male is looking up at the female, perhaps even cradled in her arms.

it can go even further to the idea of infantilism, and can be part of a whole arena of that kind of play.

And it can simply be amazement and wonder at all that the human body can do.

I used to think this was odd until it happened to me. When I was nursing my husband was wanting to try it just for fun and I ended up really liking it and he did too. It just felt so close and personal. It was just the two of us and nothing weird. It is totally separate from nursing a baby. It is hard to explain unless it happens to you.
