Because women with small breasts tend to have higher testosterone levels than women with large breasts and wide hips. The reason this is attractive to me personally is because that men and women both have estrogen and testosterone, just in varying levels. But what gives men AND women their libido has to do with testosterone. So a girl with a narrower waist and smaller breasts generally has a higher testosterone level, and is usually more sexually promiscuous and is generally far more orgasmic. To me that's hot.

What makes a woman feminine is an hourglass shape (which you don't even need "big boobs" to have), Small boobs make an hourglass shape and a nicely shaped butt. Small boobs are gorgeous. They have a delicate curve to them and they look better than big boobs. Big boobs are too much, too rough looking, less firm, saggy, sweaty, and they remind me of cows, etc.. They just don't have that "delicate" beauty small boobs have. So since delicacy is feminine, I would say that small boobs are as feminine as can be. Big boobs don't hold a candle to small boobs.
