Our eyes can water because of multiple reasons.
Here's an example:
I want you to concentrate hard on just one thought, and it is the thought that a little fly has just landed right between your eyes. Just think about it really hard (you might also place your finger on your nose to physically imitate this).
It makes my eyes water after a while, if I concentrate enough. It is purely psychological though, isn't it?
It might be because you are not used to giving oral yet. If it is such a psychological thing, it will stop happening after a couple of times.

When you choke on something, or when the gag reflux is stimulated, your throat secretes saliva to try to dislodge the object. The only downside, however, is that all of the secretory glands in your face respond to the same signal. So when you're choking (or your body thinks you might be) your eyes can water (or your nose might run). This is also why your nose runs when you cry.

Is it actual emotional crying or are your eyes just watering? Watery eyes are probably fairly normal, although it's never happened to me. But if you're crying due to a negative emotion... you should probably stop and figure it out :P
when you deep throat, any time even if you don't choke it makes your eyes water. sorry but its true.
