I think he's right I mean if an ugly creepy guy were to look the girl would call the cops, but if a good looking guy looks she'll try to get his number.

When I know I'm wearing something that shows a lot of cleavage, I'm not surprised that guys are gonna look. And I don't mind it that they look, I feel hot then yeah :) it gives me a really nice boost of confidence
