He should know better than to say stuff like that, especially when he says it like that. It's a sign of emotional immaturity. Keep in mind that guys are typically 2-3 years behind girls in emotional maturity until they hit about 30 (that's an average).
But part of being in a relationship is communicating, and in this case you need to tell him how it makes you feel when he talks about other girls that way. You don't need to tell him what to do ("Don't say stuff like that!"), just tell him how it makes you feel and let HIM figure out how to solve the problem.
If he can't, or won't, fix this, THEN you need to re-evaluate if he's mature and committed enough to be in this relationship with you. But communication always comes first.
I'm kind of 50/50 on this one. While its nice that he is comfortable enough with you to discuss his thoughts - that's just a crude thing to say. He should stop at 'Wow, that girl is really attractive'. Admiting or claiming that he'd 'bang her' is disrespectful to you. I don't think he'd like it if you said 'Oh, that guys really good looking I'd like to give him head'.
You have to question whether he is really the one or just really crude - but either one - he's got some growing up to do.

Talk to him and tell him that YOU feel uncomfortable whenever he makes overly sexual comments about other girls in front of you. Don't blame him or make him feel *bad* for it, but say something like "I feel like XYZ whenever you make comments such as ABC(give an example) around me."
If he respects you, he'll understand.

My partner learnt pretty quickly that I wouldn't put up with that sh*t from him, and will not hide my disgust or sit there whilst he stares at another girl, or even talk about how another girl is attractive. That is just honestly no respect for you and your relationship. If he wants to speak like that, do it with their pig of mates.

Are the girls he says that about hotter than you in some way? And if so, what is it? Bigger boobs, thinner, nicer ass, etc.? Maybe that's his type or what he's really attracted to. Still, it's douchey of him to do that.
