I think he's looking out for you in a lot of ways. Ask if he'd prefer if you gave him good old fashioned printed out pictures, hell you could even give them in a box with a lock he knows the code to.

That is if you really have your heart set on giving him these pictures.

Furthermore, I think he might prefer to see you and touch you simultaneously, anyways.

  Okay, I get that. Trust me, I get that. Long distance relationships are not always easy for that kind of connection. But to be honest, and I think I speak for my boyfriend when I say, live action is always more fun. Skype is always good. With or without clothing.

  Haha. We've done it once and he not only enjoyed but initiated it. I've mentioned it before but he said he'd rather wait until we're together and he can touch me...turns out he did like the pics I sent. He didn't make any mention of liking them or anything. Today he texts that my pictures make him hard...ugh! Boys!

Well you already answered your own question. He doesn't want anyone else to find the pictures you send him. If you really wanna send him nudies and he's scared of them getting out, then tell him to delete them after you send them.

  He always wants to have sex with me but we go long periods without seeing each other. I can turn him on with a hug or kiss so I figured a pic would do it since I won't see him for another week. I mean, if I turn him on that easily in person, I was certain a picture would work but apparently not.

  That's the thing, he's never voiced if he likes them or not. The only thing he's said is, "oh you dirty girl." Or "or you naughty girl." Never that he liked them or that they turned him on, nothing.
