Why is it wrong to prefer circumcised men when having sex?

Routine infant circumcision is not practiced everywhere. There is no medical need for it. Many people feel that a normal, intact penis is better. And men report a different level of sensitivity when their penis is intact.

In the US the surgery is still common, so it's what you'll see more of, especially in US made pornography. So you have likely just been conditioned to see a circumcised penis as "the norm", so it's more comfortable and familiar to your eyes.

But there is really nothing wrong about how an intact penis looks. It's just still unusual in the US.

@Asker I don't really think it matters which is worse or which is a more drastic surgery or not. If I believe in bodily integrity for girls and women, I have to support it for men too. Perhaps circumcision isn't as invasive, but it is a genital modification performed on an infant for no particular medical purpose. I think, at the very least, boys who are 13 and over may choose the procedure if they want it. But before that, I think parent's should leave the genitals intact. Now, of course we know that children can be born with malformations of the genital area that make it so they can't eliminate urine, in which case, I think surgery to corrrect that is appropriate. But routine infant circumcision is much more about making the penis "look" a certain way and not about any particular medical need.

Am I correct in assuming that you are an American? Well the biggest complaint women have (at least according to the many websites with posts about this topic) about uncut is the lack of hygiene many men use, but that can be easily resolved with a diet and soap. As for the stats and information; a simple google search will suffice. Most of the world doesn't circumcise, and there's a reason for that. The foreskin does 3 vital things which affect sex: 1. The tube of skin bunches up, which seals the woman's vagina, preventing her lubricant from being dried out by the air between his thrusts. 2. The cartilage inside the skin creates 3 ribs which help stroke the guy (he won't need the nerves at the base of his cock as much), but they also give the woman's lips a little more stimulation as he slides in 3. The skin keeps the mucus gland in the head moist, which helps him feel the vaginal contractions and such better. His body is hear your's more clearly.

As for aesthetic reasons, what you're saying is that you prefer the look of a mutilated penis. It's a big deal to remove that skin because the foreskin contains around 20,000 nerve endings which not only reduces sexual pleasure but because of this it's also obviously painful. It's not just a simple piece of skin.

The same reason for both female and male circumcision. All the things that they claim are health benefits are only used to justify it to people who aren't religious. Regardless, cutting off a piece of skin with 20,000 nerve endings is extremely painful, and much of the time circumcision is done without anesthesia.

Asker, you're wrong that it's easier to cut off a baby's foreskin. In infants and young children, the foreskin is fused to the glans and needs to be ripped away before you can cut it off. This is akin to ripping out a fingernail. In adult males, the foreskin is not fused to the glans, so it's actually much easier to remove.
