Lemon juice will not do anything.
The dark colour is caused by the abundance of blood vessels in that area of the body.
Plastic or cosmetic surgeons can use a laser to reduce the depth of the dark colour by cauterising the superficial vessels.
My suggestion would be to leave well enough alone.
I personally would not worry about it. So what if it is darker then the rest of the area. It is normal and no one is going to think otherwise if your butthole is brown and not pink or white... unless that are a butthole snob.
I would think that might sting and burn lol peroxide would probably work better but your poop will just continue to stain it so it's mostly just pointless

You don't mind it being dark? I keep trying to research ways to bleach at home because I want it to be more "attractive" for a guy, but I'm not really sure about doing it.
@LeafLover Well, usually, it is just the outside that is dark. Once you open up a bit, the rectum can be light pink -- all the way to a dark red. This is what the guys are interested in. See what the color is inside -- look up gaping. If that is pink, don't do ANYTHING. If that is still dark, then it might be worth making the butt hole pink. Use a pro tho -- the service is offered with waxing, etc. Let us know how you do!
