No I would not.

I'd give him Midol (a pain killer typically marketed toward women for cramps/pms) because it's really just a pain killer akin to aspirin or tylenol. And it works a billion times better than anything else lol

Absolutely not. I do not find these "pranks" funny. Hormones are not something to be messed with.

No-- especially given that I don't always know what other medications people are taking, or how things might mix.
I think of pranks as short-sheeting a bed, or jumping out from behind a corner and scaring someone. Not drugging someone! If your sister did this, she's out of line. Tell her, and tell your parents.

Oh gosh no! I don't have a brother but I would never even think of doing this to my male cousins, and neither would I to my hypothetical brother. That's terrible :< Clearly the crazy broad who does think it's funny is a borderline psychopath.
