A guy who has a big following theatens to spread my nudes, does anyone recoignize this site?

So basically i was talking to this (what i thought was a) girl and she asked me to show my private part and i did. The video contains my face as well and this individual has asked me to pay 500 euros so i did. Now he wants more and more and i dont think it will ever stop.

He also has my instagram with all my followers and says he will send it to all my followers. He already sent it to a few.

I called the police and they adviced me to block im and cit contact and i did. No im scared that he will share everything becuz it most surely made him angry.

My question is, what social media platform is this? I was thinking of facebook... and also please answer my question first before giving me advice this is very important

Thanks people

  • Facebook won't allow nudes, so it's not them.

Euros? Well, not being where you are, who knows the laws there. Seems to me there's, at a minimum, blackmail and extortion going on and I'm sure there's laws against that.

As for revenge porn or dissemination of adult images, I'm not sure.

You tried the lame and useless local police, now I'd go to Interpol. They have the guts, the personnel, the resources and the wherewithal to tackle your quandry. And if any of it goes global, they'll be able to find out and maybe esxalate charges.

If you've saved messages, keep saving them as evidence and turn them over when you get to see someone.

Lastly, any regrets? This exact thing is what people tell you about and what news stories warn you about. I'm gonna guess they'll say you had no expectation of privacy, so prosecution for disseminating then may not hold water. There might be malicious dissemination that could work. The blackmail and extortion, different story. Nail his ass to the wall!

And don't send any more nudes to anyone... ever! Even if they send you some first as an offer to share yours.

  • You should never give in to psychopats like this guy! It's a shitty situation you are in, but following his requests is only going to make it worse.

I reccomend that you talk to a lawyer, and make it painstakingly clear to him that you are done dancing after his pipe, and that you are prepared to devote your life to making his life a living hell, going after him legally with everything you have, if he ever sends af much as one tiny bit of you to anyone again!

Don't let him bully you around!

Also (and I know this is easier to say than to practise) try to be proud of your body instead of shamefull! You have done nothing wrong! If he choose to brake your trust and the law, he is the only one who need to be ashamed!

    Best of luck to you!

  • its facebook.
    they don't allow explicit videos/pictures.
but stop giving the dude money, and if he does "leak it", make sure to get it as evidence and you can further report to law enforcement. most places it would classify as revenge porn.

  • You need to threaten him with criminal prosecution for Extortion, publishing and/or sending out revenge porn and many other crimes. Tell him that he is going to be in prison for a very long time!

    • Now you know why I don't send out nudes anymore!

  • You should never have sent him anything. Tell him "Publish and be damned!" And close or at least temporarily hide your social media

    • After all, you are not a celebrity, you are most likely an obscure figure no important likely knows. As for your family and close friends? They are likely to forgive you and understand that in your quest to meet an online special girl, you could get sucked into this trap.

  • Facebook

    • Facebook doesn't allow explicit content like twitter for example right?

    • I don’t think so no, but you should threaten him with legal action! Take screenshots for proof etc

  • Yes that’s Facebook.
You could sue him for unconsensual pornography, defamation of character, and blackmail.

    • How can i sue someone without a name, only a hangouts account?

    • Have you tried searching his username or email and seeing if other accounts pop up?

    • Is not Facebook. How can it be Facebook if the line of repost/share icons at the bottom contain a share to Facebook one?

    • Show All
  • Call his bluff and tell him to fuck off.

    • This is his job... he won't do that. But the question was: what social media platform is that?

    • No idea, but take the police's advice.

    • I already did
