A nanny gets impregnated by an 11 year-old boy, isn't that rape?

This is the link to the story:

I find it disturbing that they continued saying that she seduced him with a game and it was only classified as asexual battery but not statutory rape. It's still rape to me. DNA test were done and yes he's the father of that young boy. Yet if this were a guy in his 20's getting an 11 year-old school girl pregnant it would be rape already. That's still an adult preying on the innocents, destroying kids. Isn't that rape too?

Superb Opinion

  • Absolutely rape. His parents left in the care of this nanny who sexually abused him. What makes worse is that she likely won't suffer any real consequences and when that bot turns 18 he will have to pay child support to his rapist. That woman is not safe to be around children and at thd very least if she doesn't do time her baby should be taken from her and adopted or the child's paternal grandparents given the opportunity to adopt.

If this was my child and I found out this woman raped him I would buy a gun and shoot her.

    • " If this was my child and I found out this woman raped him I would buy a gun and shoot her." I presume you mean you'd kill her, not just shoot her, right? Brilliant. Then you would be in jail for who knows how many years, and your son would grow up without a mother. That's just brilliant.

  • I think that is why this shit keeps happening... because the punishment does not fit the crime! Like others have said if this was a 23 year old guy to an 11 year old girl it would be so much worse to the public. But is just as bad for it to happen to this boy, like I am sure he wasn't ready to be a father at 11 or to even be having sex at the age.. it is just crazy what is going on in the world... we need harsher punishments for these bitches..

  • It surprises me that most pedophilia cases in the news are older women with young boys. It could be that is regarded as more news worthy.

Where I am a school teacher was found guilty of seducing a young boy. The judge did not give any jail time saying that she had been punished by losing her job and by the community harassing her and causing her to lose her next job.

    I agree with your summation.

  • No, it isn't rape and hence it isn't being prosecuted as such either.

Seems you're not very informed as to what "rape" actually is.

The specifics of the case aren't something I've read. But there is good reason the courts are not getting involved.

    • A child can't give consent. A child still got molested by a trusted, adult. An adult had sex with an 11 year-old kid. That's statutory rape to me and it's sick.

  • Hermesmann V Seyer, right? Or is this something new?

  • Maybe the Nanny was only 14 or so!

  • Um, yes that is rape. Children cannot consent to adults.

    • Yes but even over here, there was a replier that said it's not rape. Unbelievable.

    • Ew! That's disgusting!

  • Yes, yes it is. Why is that even a question?

    • Yes I know. The issue is how the video presented itself as ''seducing'', making it sound like the nanny was into games that went wrong. The video kept downplaying it. It's disgusting. I fail to understand how child molestation (regardless of the child's gender) can ever be seducing.

    • and they won't charged her with rape but with sexual battery and other charges but not rape. Yet if it were a man in his 20's doing that to an 11 year-old girl, it would be rape.

    • There is a big ass difference between playing a game that goes too far, and raping a child. Hopefully that bitch gets her fucking skull kicked in, in prison.

  • Yes, as a minor can't legaly consent to sexual stuff.

  • It is rape and grooming and disgusting, poor little boy

  • She belongs in prison

    • I'm glad she got 20 years behind bars. Honestly, child molestors don't ever deserve to be released to society.

    • Yes amen

  • That's called privilege believe it or not, fuck up world we live in no

  • Of course, it's statutory rape of a minor by the Nanny.

  • It’s rape but the laws always favor women a lot more since they are seen as less expendable.

  • Oh it's rape without a doubt. She deserves to get executed, slowly.

  • Statutory rape, of course. Sexual abuse, yes. Aggravated (forced) rape, unlikely.

  • How can it be rape. At 10 years old he would not be able to over power her and he would probably not even know much about sex unless he was being coached and instructed. Sh was probably been doing the coaching.

    • She was probably doing the coaching.

    • The rape charge would have to be by her against the boy.

    • Yeah the woman raped the little boy.

  • Of course, it is rape.

    • It should be but even the video downplays it as a ''seducing game''. Disgusting. Child molestation is never seducing.

  • Rape is rape. The DA and judge are wrong. Judge should have sent case back and told DA to make sure rape is in the charges.

  • double standards

    • Yes I've noticed. I find it disgusting that child molestation can ever be referred as seducing. The way the video downplayed it makes my blood boil. Child molestors should never be released for society.

  • Ah, the vagaries of the US legal system.

  • statutory rape

  • Yes it is

  • hell yeah

    • The only consolation is I would like to think is her becoming the most hated woman among her inmates. They have a special code in men's prison. I think it must work similarly too. Child molestors are hated overall.
