the general rule in islam that abortion is forbidden but in certain cases :

-the women gets raped and the child is less than 4 months old : she can abort

-the women gets raped and the child is more than 4 months old : she can't abort

-the women have sex out of marriage : she can't abort

-the women is married but doesn't want the child : she can't abort

-if the child itself can cause health issues on the mother : she can abort
