Most guys don't care much (if at all) about such details. Every woman is different, and the majority of men enjoy the differences - we're biologically programmed to. Just the same way that your ears and smile and boobs and butts are different from the next girl, so is your labia. And THAT'S FINE.
Even among the minority of men who have a preference, those preferences vary widely - the idea that "any man who cares about these things wants an 'innie' vulva", which seems to be a popular myth, is provably false. Many of those who have a preference prefer bigger, more visible inner labia.
And, guess what? Dicks vary too - in size, shape, color, wrinkles, hair, etc. We guys are only too aware of that. But, in the end, if you like the person, you will probably enjoy their genitals, and the same is true of men. You'd need to be REALLY FAR outside the norm before your going to cause men to pause.
It's really unfortunate that so many girls worry about this when they don't need to. What is normal when it comes to the appearance of the vulva is how much variation there is. And all of that variation is normal and one appearance isn't better than another. These days lots of girls worry about having longer inner labia that are visible through the outer labia. That's partly because in porn the vulvas you generally see aren't representative of how most girls' vulvas look in the real world. There's absolutely nothing wrong with having longer, visible inner labia. And lots of girls worry that their labia are more darkly pigmented than their overall skin tone. But again that is perfectly normal and not any kind of flaw. When it comes to how guys react to this reality, it all depends on how mature they are and how knowledgeable they are about normal female genital anatomy. No decent guy who isn't ignorant about these things would ever have a problem with how a vulva looks or make any kind of negative comments about it.
