Not really my thing but if my SO is into them, then I'll be willing to give it a shot. Although, in certain circumstances wearing a diaper can be very humiliating. So if me and my SO have that kind of a relationship I'd definitely consider using ABDL as a humiliating punishment for her.

I wear 24/7, started from anxiety about needing the loo but got into wearing really quickly, and they are far more hygienic than visiting public toilets, great for long journeys and if I'm stuck in traffic,,,
