  • yes it is you could have him fired if you wanted to
go to the laber board and take out a
a complaint and see what he does then or you could just threaten him with it after you do some research to see exactly what you need to do go to YouTube you can find anything you want there you just have to word it just right if one search doesn't find what you're looking for trying another one

  • Thats absolutely not ok, your sexual preferences are none of his business and its entirely unacceptable for him to be making any sort of comment about them in your work place.

You should be putting in a complaint to someone about that.

  • Yes, telling a person who is bi that they are confused is biphobia. Your manager should know better than to say something like that about someone's sexuality. You can report him to, well, whoever they are that's suppose to take care of situations like this. I don't know who you report him to though. Just be careful around him until then.

  • Unless you're working as a hooker, that was completely out of line. How in the world is that any of his business?

  • Yes. This is definitely something that should be turned into the higher ups in your company. It has no business being talked about in the workplace. He should be held accountable.

  • Firstly how has your manager discovered you're bisexual?
You shouldve asked him what he means by preferences and what he is confused about.
If that's all he's said then he hasn't exactly said anything. It wouldve confused anyone listening.
