I think MrOracle gave good advice about making positive comments when you are both watching TV and see a guy spank a girl. Otherwise it just depends on your relationship and I agree it might be embarrassing to ask. You would think he would try it at least once and you could react to it instead of having to literally ask. That said I am lucky in my relationship that we ended up having a super honest conversation about stuff like this, it is more my interest than his, so I created rules I have to follow and if I don't follow them there are rules, and he enforces it including by spanking me. This is not stuff we do as foreplay, I pretty much follow the rules to avoid being punished (again this is all my idea he just enforces it). I actually dislike being spanked, I just like knowing if I get out of line that I CAN be spanked, I think it keeps my ego in check and we have a super relationship partly bc of that, which I know sounds insane!! It works for me/us though!

Spanking is one of my specialties. Unfortunately, looking as good as this guy isn't one of my specialties.

Anyway, if you feel you can't come right out and ask, you can still find some pretext to bring it up.

Find a movie or a TV show where a girl is getting spanked, and watch it with him, and when the scene comes on, say "oh, lucky girl" or something like that. Or, if he wants to know what you want to eat, tell him, and then add "and a side of spankings." Seriously, it shouldn't take long to figure out how to work in some reference to you enjoying a spanking.

Plant the seed, and soon you'll either learn that he's not into it AT ALL, or that he's happy to indulge you in your desires. Either way, you're better off than you are now, in limbo, not knowing.
