And I say the same thing too if you decide to do it take a before and after picture I would like to see somebody follow through and do this because you would not believe how tone and tight you really get

    • Thank you sir, I appreciate your honesty. You are right about me being nice, I try my hardest to be liked by everyone and meet everyone's standards. I personally don't find myself attractive but I accept opinions of elderly people better because of the experiences they have gone through. Even if you aren't attractive you can still be a genuinely nice and good person.

    • Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. No single standard exists. I’m sure that you could find a man stupid enough to insult you, but it wouldn’t make you one bit less attractive to those of us who see you with those eyes. Find yourself a young man who values your beauty and never look back.

  • Neither. You seem a bit out of shape that's all. If you workout to tone your midrift more you can get more fit.
    I just saw one of your replies that you're 161cm and 65kg. I was similar to your bmi before I went to college. That is slightly overweight but not fat by any means. Losing some weight down to 55-60kg might help your body get in better shape as well but overall you look great! My advice is start a simple workout routine and cut around 100cal from what you currently eat per day for a nice steady slow weight loss if you wish to lose a bit of weight. But if you're perfectly comfortable in your skin as you are you look great!

  • I wouldn't call you fat at all. Maybe more like a bit pleasingly plump? I'm pretty sure no guy would kick you out of bed because of a weight issue.

    • Thank you. I actually made myself lose 14 pounds in a month in a half by practically starving myself. I am trying to get my appetite back so I don't drop weight so fast.

    • Congratulations! That is wonderful and you look fabulous. The trick is to avoid rebound, to maintain and consolidate your weight where it is now. You now have a new lifestyle, not a diet. Vastly different. Pile on the fruits and veggies. 5 a day is not a goal, it's a minimum. Vegetable fats ok, animal fats not so good. For protein fish is good, lean meats in moderation, eggs A-OK. Certain veggies are great sources of protein, lentils, chickpeas and that sort of thing. Avoid cheap carbs at all costs, most desserts, jams, jellies, white bread. Instead go for complex, as in root veggies, carrots, turnips, stone-ground whole wheat bread in moderation. I'm not a nutritionist, but for medical reasons I had to lose 15 kg in 6 months and keep it off. So far so good.

  • You're pretty much average. You have some baby fat, maybe only 10 pounds worth, but you're far from "fat" whatsoever. You're not "thicc" either (that would require huge boobs, ass, or thighs). I did a MyTake on it. But you're pretty much dead-average in body type. Just some very minor belly fat, and that's it.
