Manipulating your body every week is probably not the best thing to do.

By body manipulation, I mean what others would call masturbation. The act of artificially inducing a series of muscular contraction with an ejection of body fluids (males) or vaginal discharges (females).

It is like with everything in life. If used with moderation, it is just okay but if you abuse, it is definitely harmful to your health.

Manipulating your body to induce those unnecessary spasms once or twice a month is probably fine. However, I would be more cautious about doing it more often as it may become an addiction just like any other addiction. Drugs, cigarettes, gambling, gaming and a number of others start the same and then it is very difficult to overcome the negative effects without professional help.

So, if you have to manipulate your body, do it in full knowledge that it may harm your health more than to be beneficial to it.
