Am I one of the few people that don’t enjoy sex?

As in, I do not masturbate. I haven’t had sex in maybe 2 years and could care less. I’ve tried masturbating and it doesn’t really do anything for me. I always thought that maybe I was a late bloomer but I’m 26 and still don’t have that drive. I’ve only had sex with one person so maybe I’m jaded because I didn’t enjoy it enough? Even before that and now, I don’t feel the urge to have it. I have been on the apps and I feel the opportunity to hook up has presented itself, I just don’t care to. Am I asexual?

  • Maybe you are Asexual, but having a bed sexual experience can confuse and turn off your hormones. My very first experience was horrible too, I was like "this is what all the fuss was about"? Until I met somebody I was turned on by, we had chemistry and it was just right. He even had a very small penis and it was still great. I also learned that size didn't matter while learning that I actually liked sex. Do not force it but I am just saying, don't knock it yet, until you know for sure.

    • Yeah the thing is I never really had the drive in the first place.

  • Could be but you should rule out a medical or mental reason for it. Could be a hormone thing. Could be a medicine thing or a nutrient deficiency? If everything checks out including endicrine tests then maybe you just have a low sex drive.
