I can't stop watching porn. help. how to stop it?

You will probably get a plethora of ways to stop it, but here's what I think...
Examine why you are doing it and replace it with something of value.
- If it makes you feel something, what does it make you feel? What else does that?
- If it gives you sexual release or takes your mind away for a time, what will replace it? A guy? Pursue a guy.
- If it's because a guy isn't fulfilling you, get counseling, or if you can, talk to him to get him to do more for you.
- If you are scared of a relationship or pregnancy, get counseling.

Most of all, don't take any one person's reasoning... Think for yourself! You are on the right track for asking about it.

You do have to sort of grit your teeth, hunker down, and do it. Try to smile while you are with a guy and let time do its trick, that is, see if things gel.
