I think thats normal. When you have an erection the pipe that lets pee flow closes. And the pipe that lets semen out opens. So your body physically blocks you from peeing. When you return to normal the semen valve closes and the pee valve opens again.-

You are correct! especially when its really hard and throbbing. Once you have ejaculated and it switches back it makes you want to pee to flush out the remaining seamen so it will not get clogged up.

You're completely normal. Nature built the male plumbing so that you can pee, or ejaculate (during an erection), but not both. The prostate essentially has a control valve that does one or the other, not both.
