Frostbite is unlikely as the prolonged contact would likely warm the plug up to a safe level before that could occur. However something that cold can actually cause body fluids to freeze on contact so you could potentially tear something in there or give her anal freezer burn. I’d suggest the fridge at 33-34 degrees instead of the freezer. Should still add that cold affect but be much safer.
